These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cleansai ("we", "our", "us"), a mobile application available on iOS, Android, and macOS.
By downloading, installing, or using Cleansai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Note: This document is also shown in-app under Settings → Terms of Service. If the two ever differ, this page (the version linked from the App Store / Google Play listing) is the one that governs.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cleansai on any device you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the applicable App Store or Google Play terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or the software, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
Every cleaning tool in Cleansai is free to use, shared across a 300 MB/month cleanup quota (extendable by watching rewarded ads). Cleansai Pro is an optional subscription that removes this quota entirely (unlimited cleanup across every tool) and removes ads, billed monthly at $4.99/month (or the price shown in the app at the time of purchase, which controls if it differs). To cancel, go to your device Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android). We do not process refunds directly. All billing is handled by Apple or Google.
You agree to use Cleansai only for its intended purpose of managing storage on your personal device. You must not:
Cleansai is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that cleaning actions will always produce expected results.
File and photo deletion is permanent (except items staged in the 30-day Recycle Bin). You are solely responsible for selecting items to delete. We strongly recommend maintaining backups of important files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of Cleansai.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property within Cleansai are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
Your use of Cleansai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. All analysis is performed entirely on your device. No personal data is transmitted to servers we control. See the Privacy Policy for details on our advertising provider (Google AdMob).
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of Cleansai after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Cleansai at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may stop using Cleansai at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
